ABSTRACT

In recent years energy is a crucial issue in the world. Increased energy

demand caused by population growth and depletion of world oil reserves and
fossil fuel emission issues put pressure on each State to produce and use
renewable energy immediately.
Biogas is a gas derived from the faeces of living things, both from
animals and plants. If animal waste or plant material has decomposed, it will exit
the gas. This gas is referred to as biogas. Biogas is a flammable gas produced
from the fermentation process of organic materials by anaerobic bacteria.
Research and data retrieval is done in Kedung Dalem Village, Mauk
District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. This study aims to obtain the design of
digester tools from cattle dung. The design in question is a technical drawing of
each component and assembling image elements with material information and
specifications. Also performed various analysis on each component of the digester
to evaluate the functions and capabilities of these components. Each component /
part has functions and specifications that have been evaluated so that the digester
can function properly.
