characterize an incident in progress e.g. by sounding the intruder alarm and

After the event, corrective controls are intended to limit the extent of any
damage caused by the incident e.g. by recovering the organization to normal
working status as efficiently as possible.
Procedural controls e.g. incident response processes, management
oversight, security awareness and training;
Technical controls e.g. user authentication (login) and logical access
controls, antivirus software, firewalls;
Legal and regulatory or compliance controls e.g. privacy laws, policies

A similar categorization distinguishes control involving people, technology and

In the field of information security, such controls protect
the confidentiality, integrity and/or availability of information .
Systems of controls can be referred to as frameworks or standards. Frameworks
can enable an organization to manage security controls across different types of

Total Quality Management:
The concept of Service Quality is very important regarding to provide services that
meet the expectations of those receiving customers. It is the critical aspect of
business management. We will develop our TQM in such a way that we can
properly provide the services to customers they are expecting from us. The
utilization of TQM by the detective segment is that the exercises related with
implementation with the apparatuses important to assess quality keeping in mind
the end goal to guarantee that they are serving their client base in a productive and
powerful way by meeting their objectives and points’
We will take such steps in our TQM:
1.Firstly we will set clear and attainable objectives for the need of
improvement.
2.Recognize the internal structure to meet the objectives.
3.We will create training programs for our employees that how they can
access the target and how to gather resources of evidence.
4.Creation of small projects for each case of customer.
5.We will monitor and record the progress accordingly.
6.Appreciation and reward for the team members if they successfully solve
the case and in this way they will be more motivated.
7.We will clearly define the roles of each team member what should they do
and don’t so that chances of blunders can be avoided.
8. Strong leadership and a disciplined workforce will ideally predict
problems before they arise.
9.We will encourage a proper communication between customer and team
members so that they can properly understand the problem and can better
handle.
9.We will use modern and up-to-date tools for investigation.
10.All operations will be computerized and properly monitored by the team
members continuously.
11.We will respond to customers with the time and will continuously update
about the services provided by the team members.
12. We will limit the detectives to work on fewer cases each year.
13.Daily reports will be generated for each case by the team members.
14.We will clearly define the procedures and responsibilities accordingly.
15.We will figure out Competence how customers view the team members’
role in carrying out the expected task associated with the service.
16.Credibility is critical the client's trust in the administration in light of
his/her past experience and the supplier's notoriety.
17. Unwavering quality: the client's appraisal of whether the administration
can be trusted to perform reliably according to determinations.
Project Management:
PM is very important and helpful for business leaders to drive performance and
operational efficiency, bringing its customers the ability and instruments expected
to help make and maintain authoritative achievement.
Defining the scope:
Firstly, we will define the scope of the project. We will build teams and assign
them their roles and responsibilities for the work they have to do. Furthermore we
will estimate cost of each work done.
Allocate Resources:
We will decide that how many teams and members will work in one time.
Secondly we will allocate resources to teams and this will be decided by top
management that how many resources will be allocated. Tools and equipment will
be allocated.
Timeline:
According to the consideration of our client we will define the deadline to our team
members for completing a case within the time.
Assembling the project team:
We will get in touch with our team members and get updates of case solution when
they will actually start working on a project.
Detailed work:
We will let teams to focus on a specific task and divide the work on different teams
so that they can properly handle their work. Further more in a team, the team in
charge will spell out the information to team members and let them to handle the
elements of case.
Primary plan:
We will assemble all these steps in a step and plan further that how to proceed
ahead this project and estimate the allocation of resources further. What further to
work on a project and will develop plan for steps ahead according to the existing
procedure by the team.
Baseline Plan:
We will get feedback from our team and make schedules accordingly.
Project Adjustments:
On the request of team we will make adjustments in project and in resources.
Monitoring:
We will the work of our team members and will calculate their progress.
Documentation:
Documents of everything and each step will be prepared for the evidences and
security purpose.
Informed to everyone:
