This data shows Academic Achievement for students in
Grades 3-8 and 10. Academic Achievement assessment.
categories are Level |, Level Il, Level Ii and Level IV for
reading and math. The following formula is used to
calculate the Academic Achievement Indicator Score
utilizing Full Academic Year students.

‘Academic Growth
This data shows the Academic Growth Category for
students in Grades 4-8 and 10. The growth categories
are Low (L), Average (A), and High (H) for reading and
math. The following formula is used to calculate the
Academic Growth Indicator Score utilizing Full

Graduation Rate
Graduation Rates are retrieved from the Graduation Rate
Portal.

Ifa school or system does not have a graduating class, the percent for
Graduation Rate and CCR will be evenly divided between Academic.
Achievement and Academic Growth, making Achievement 40% and
Growth 50%.
Ifa school does not have $ Year Cohort Graduation Rate, the entire
Graduation Rate indicator Score will be from the 4-Year Cohort.
College and Career Readiness
Retrieve the students in the 4-Year Graduation Rate Cohort
from the College- and Career-Readiness Portal. Divide the
number of students in the 4-Year Graduation Rate Cohort
who have met at least one College- and Career-Readiness
indicator by the number of students in the 4-Year
Graduation Rate Cohort, multiply by 100 to determine the
College- and Career-Ready Indicator Score.

Chronic Absenteeism
Divide the number of students on the 9 month
attendance report with 15 or more absences by the
number of students on the 9" month attendance student
