This ploy seems to instill in the policyholders that the
initial payment is final payment. Normally the initial payment is not final because ad-
ditional costs may come up during repairs. People pray in one direction but

Another matter of concern is that some insurance companies are not responding to calls from policyholders.
One policyholder has reported calling and e-mailing American Integrity for months with no response from cus-
tomer service, the claims adjuster or the claims adjuster's supervisor. The policyholder’s insurance agent advise
was to just “keep calling.”
Anyone with any concerns should seek advice from an attorney.
Another course of action is to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Finance Services against your
insurance company at; https://www.myfloridacfo.com/division/consumers/NeedOurHelp.htm

The APV uses the homeowners' dues to pay for legal expenses. Yes, you read that right. The homeowners pay dues that are then used
for legal expenses against them.
The APV has been trying to bury their opponents in paperwork, court proceedings, and more important legal expenses.
This is truly a David vs Goliath war.
The homeowners are not giving up, a win in Poinciana is a win for the homeowners of all Florida HOAs.
The homeowners/warriors have started a GOFUNDME page to assist with their fight.

November 2018 candidates making friends in Poinciana.
In the last few months Poinciana residents have been seeing two political candidates making their rounds in the community. These two
individuals have attended meetings, events, festivals, and even HOA polling locations.

The first candidate is Robert Doyle. Democrat Doyle, of Winter Haven, is running against Florida
Republican incumbent Senator Kelli Stargel, in Senate District 22. Redistricting put Stargel in a more
competitive district than the old Senate District 15. In her 2012 contest, she bested Democrat Stego
Blue by 17 points, but that margin shrunk to 7 points in the 2016 race against Democrat Debra
Wright.

The other candidate is Barbara Cady. Democrat Cady, of Kissimmee, filed to run against Republican
incumbent Representative Mike La Rosa, in House District 42. She’s bringing a wealth of Democratic
Party and feminist-leadership connections to run in a district where the Democrats have a solid ad-
vantage in voter registration but haven’t seriously backed a candidate in more than a decade.
