● Low death rate
● Better Medical Resources
Negative Effects on Humanity

● Lack of freshwater
● Famine
● Epidemics/Pandemics
Negative Effects on the Environment

● Extinction of Species
Best Possible Solutions
● Policies and laws
● Tax benefits
● Improve education
● Improved birth control
Problems with Other Solutions

Our Solution

○ Provide school supplies
○ Improve teacher training
○ Push for equal education for each gender
Why Education

● Better educated workforce = economic growth
Fertility Rates in Correlation to Education
Fertility Rates Across World Regions
Implementation
● Countries with high fertility rates and poor education such as
○ Niger ( 7.57 kpw)
○ Somalia ( 6.36 kpw)
○ Mali ( 6.14 kpw)
○ Chad ( 6.05 kpw)
○ Angola ( 6 kpw)
○ Nigeria ( 5.59 kpw)

kpw - kids per woman

Niger
● Literacy rate of 15.5%
● 6.8% of GDP goes to education
● Unequal education between genders
Issues with Our Solution
● Terrorist groups in Africa
● Will take time for an impact
● Will be expensive
