1. Why do you want to live in U.K?

I want to live in U.K because I want to improve my experience in the medical domain.
I want to live a better life in a country with higher standards;
I want to change my life expectations, to make a better future for my children.

2. Why do you want to work as a Care Assistant?

I like to help people. A Health Care Assistant helps and supports people with limited mobility or
other care needs. I want to be successful in this job, for my own personal satisfaction and for my
employer. I've always felt that is important for the company and clients to provide a positive
customer experience.

3. Do you have experience of looking after the elderly?

If worked as Care Assistant: Please outline your duties and responsibilities / experience
as a carer / working with the elderly, professionally or within the family:

Took care of the day-to-day needs of patients by providing help with personal care, meals and
mobility. I used to perform many of the following tasks:
 Providing breakfast and other meals
 Helping disabled patients get around
 Making patients comfortable
 Checking temperature or blood pressure
 Keeping patient records
 Administering treatments to patients

4. Why do you think you will make a good Care Assistant? Do you have any particular
skills?

I am friendly, I have good communication skills, ability to adapt to change, to solve problems,
and flexible, ready to learn fast and well (even learn from failures). I am emotionally, sensitive
able to work with anxious and stressed people, able to cap with stressful situations.

5. Explain what the following words mean.

Privacy
Confidentiality
Empathy - the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously
experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another of either the past or present
without having the feelings, thoughts, and experience fully communicated in an objectively
explicit manner.
Dignity - the quality or state of being worthy, honored, or esteemed.
Privacy - the quality or state of being apart from company or observation.
Confidentiality - Confidentiality is a set of rules or a promise that limits access or places
restrictions on certain types of information.

6. What are the symptoms for Alzheimer or dementia?

 Misplacing personal belongings ;


 Forgetting events or appointments ;
 Getting lost on a familiar route;
 Speech, spelling, and writing errors;
 Anxiety.
