DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

I, Macropina Nalaslas, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Gonzaga St., Ugac
Norte, Tuguegarao City, in consideration of the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (₱ 4, 000, 000),
to me in hand paid by Santina De Garapata, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of
Arellano St., Ugac Sur, Tuguegarao City, do hereby sell and convey unto said buyer, his heirs
and assigns, a parcel of land situated in Pasil, Kalinga, and more particularly described as
follows:

(DESCRIPTION)

A parcel of land located at Pasil, Kalinga. Bounded in the East by the property of Onyok y
Purting Lasog; in the West by the property of Kunkka y Ginag Ga; in the North by property of
Zuniga y Torkak Agung; in the West by the great river of Pasil, with an area of 50, 000 square
meters, more or less,

of which I am the registered owner in accordance with the Land Registration Act, as amended,
my title thereto being evidenced by Original/Transfer Certificate Tiitle No. TCT-7852 issued by
the Register of Deeds of Tuguegarao, City.
