DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale of Motor Vehicle was made and entered into
by and between:

MARION JESI KARLO GO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of
673 Rizal Street, Old Albay, Legazpi City (hereinafter referred to as the
“VENDOR”);

-and-

DOLORIS MARANO NIEVA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Purok 5, Tagaytay, Camalig, Albay (hereinafter referred to as the “VENDEE”);

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the true and registered owner of a certain motor
vehicle, which is more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the said motor vehicle and the
VENDEE is willing and able to buy the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED

THIRTY THOUSAND (230,000) Philippine currency,, Philippine Currency, payment
of which shall be made under the terms set forth below, the VENDOR does
hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, in a manner irrevocable and absolute, to
the VENDEE, her heirs, assigns, and successors in interest, the above described
motor vehicle, subject to and under the following terms and conditions:

1. The total amount of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND (230,000) Philippine

currency, as purchase price shall be paid by the VENDEE to the VENDOR
upon signing of this Deed of Absolute Sale of Motor Vehicle, and the
VENDOR, by his signature hereby acknowledge receipt of said payment;

2. The VENDEE has agreed to buy the above-described motor vehicle from
the VENDOR on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis. The VENDEE hereby declares
that, with the aid of highly competent mechanics, he has inspected the
said motor vehicle prior to the execution of this Deed, and he
acknowledges that he is fully satisfied with the conditions thereof. As such,
the VENDOR makes no warranty as to the condition, operational or
structural capability, or as to any hidden defects of the subject motor
vehicle, which the VENDEE warrants to know by virtue of their duty to
inspect; and that for this purpose, both parties hereto hereby expressly
waive all the implied warranties in the Law on Sales as embodied in the
New Civil Code of the Philippines.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their respective
signatures this July 17, 2017, in Legazpi City Philippines.
