Pancakes Recipe
Directions:
1. Take 1 cup milk and pour it into a bowl
(or measuring cup).
2. Measure 1 cup flour.
3. Add the flour to the milk in the measuring cup or
bowl.
4. Stir the milk and flour.
5. Add 3 eggs.
6. Stir the eggs and milk and flour.
7. The stirred eggs and milk and flour
is called "pancake batter."

To cook the pancakes:


8. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a frying pan.
9. Heat the oil.
10. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter into
the frying pan.
11. It will cook on one side. It will be brown.
12. Flip the pancake.
13. Cook it on the other side.
14. Serve hot with sugar on top.
