1. The Sportsfest 2018 has six (6) Teams of different colors namely green, yellow, navy
blue, royal blue, red, and black. Each team color is composed of members / players
from Grade 6 to Grade 12.
2. All ball games are single elimination only.
3. Rules of the games and wellness procedure must be strictly observed by the players.
4. Students with health issues/medical concerns are NOT ALLOWED to play unless
with medical certificate approved by a physician or a doctor.
5. All students must be in their complete PE uniform. Players must be in their proper
sports / game attire (gumsole shoes, , etc.) during the event.
6. The Players are allowed to bring their own materials and equipment. The school is
NOT liable for any damage or loss of these personal materials and equipment.
7. The decision of the umpire is always final and irrevocable.
8. All students and teachers must consider safety precautions, discipline, cleanliness
and sense of responsibility during the entire duration of the event.
9. Students are NOT ALLOWED to leave the venue unless the event has concluded
and without permission from his / her adviser.
10. Reply slips of the students must strictly be held by the class advisers during the
event.
Materials Needed: Table tennis, net, ball, score sheets and table
Mechanics:
1. The methods of the competition are singles (both boys and girls) and mixed
doubles.
2. The objective is to earn 11 points to win the set.
3. The player who succeeds two consecutive sets wins.
Mechanics:
1. Three skilled members per team are to participate in the game.
2. The objective is to earn 15 points per set to win the competition.
3. The Team that succeeds to earn 15 points in two consecutive sets
wins the game.
Mechanics:
1. Twelve skilled members per team shall participate in the game
2. The elimination and championship round are scheduled on February 2,
2018.
3. The team that succeeds to earn 25 points two consecutive sets wins
the game.

1. Two teams must toss coin to know which team gets hit by the ball. The team who
wins gets to choose whether to hit or to get hit. The team to be hit must be at the
center with some of the members of the other team in front and at the back. The
team who is hitting must hit the opposing team, a member who gets hit will be out
of the game. The team with the most number of hits in 1 minute will win. The team
with no hits is considered out in the game.

MATERIALS: 6 small tables, 6 large rags, 12 meters garter
MECHANICS:
garter. Then the player will sit on the rag dragging towards the finish line.
Lastly, the player will run back to the starting line and will tap the next player.
4. The first team to finish will be the winner.
