Person in charge of quality management:

The chief person in charge is the first person in charge of production quality management.
The factory director is the second person responsible for the quality management.
The top management may appoint the manager as Management Representative, and assign
him the authority and responsibility for successful implementation and maintenance of the
entire Quality Management System.

2. Content of quality management

Quality management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
a) establish and improve the quality management system
b) established quality management policy and objectives
c) strictly implement the local laws and regulations and the quality requirements by the
design and client
d) formulate quality training and improvement plans related to quality for staff and workers
e) establish control management for in-coming materials supply for precast manufacturing
use

3. Objectives of quality management

a) Provide quality and on-time delivery of products and services that meet customer
requirements
b) Provide quality inspection for the in-coming raw material that meet the standards and
technical requirements
c) Continuously improve the works procedures to meet the standards of precast
manufacturing requirements

4. Quality monitoring and checking

a) quality team responsible to conduct quality inspection for manufacturing of precast
component process. Type of inspection and frequencies are referring to process
requirements, either daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
b) At any time, the quality inspection team can arrange for a special quality inspection,
testing and meeting to address the quality matters issue. All related departments should
cooperate for improvement of quality system

5. Assessment of safety management

Company reserves the right to penalize, notify, demote and terminate the responsible persons
for the occurrence of serious quality matter and the non-performance of duties in ensuring
the quality of precast component.
