Contractual Appointment Letter

Dear Mr. Amerul,


The management takes great pride in informing you that you have been appointed as
‘Asst. Project Civil Engineer’ in GreenPack Business Network on Contract. Your
appointment shall be effective from July 01, 2017. At your employment period you will
be posted at our Client-UNILIVER BANGLADESH LTD, @ Factory Address-51 Kalurgahat
Heavy Industrial Area, Chittagong.

Set out below are the basic terms which are to apply to your engagement. These terms
are to be read together with the appointment letter. This document will govern your
employment. We recommend that you acquaint yourself with this award/agreement if you
have not already done so.

Job Location:
Your job location will be anywhere in Bangladesh. The job location is changeable and it
may be changed anytime upon the demand of organization.

Hours of work
Your normal hours of work will be in accordance with our client’s hours of work. Week
Days, weekend, holidays will be aligned with our client.

Remuneration
Your classification under the agreement will determine your normal Monthly Gross salary
and other benefits as per organization Policy. Your Remuneration Chart is as follow as-

Consolidated Salary 35,000.00


Mobile Bill Allowance 500.00
Total Payable 35,500.00

Apart from these monthly remuneration packages, you will be eligible for two festival
bonuses. Each festival bonus will be half of a Monthly basic salary. No other service
benefits will be awarded under this employment agreement

Taxation
All income is taxable under Income Tax Ordinance Act. You will entitle to pay your income
tax by yourself, if your income is taxable.

Period of engagement
Subject to these terms the period of your employment is regarded as contractual. It is
agreed that your employment will be effective from Feb 01, 2017 and will be continued till
the 31 December, 2017 unless terminated earlier in accordance with the agreement.
Notice Period
The both employer & employee will get one month notice or payment of one month basic
wage in lieu of notice case of earlier discontinuance of contract.

Policies and Procedures


Our policies and procedures as set out in the -Code of Service Rules- will apply to your
employment. Please note that it is your responsibility to make yourself familiar with
these. A copy may be obtained from us at your own demand.

Variation to the terms of your employment


We can mutually agree to vary the terms of your employment in writing at any time, but
always subject to applicable award/agreement terms which can also change and thus also
affect your employment.

General

centre of excellence can be maintained and enhanced only with your assistance.
