It was an absolute worthwhile experience working at the Radisson Blu hotel.
The friendly welcoming staff and the work environment for trainees/ interns provides a perfect platform to develop and enhance career opportunities. The experience highlighted my strengths and the areas of improvement. It boosted confidence to my professional approach, built a strong positive attitude and taught me the dynamics of team work. My primary objective of this internship was to observe, evaluate and gather a real life working experience and put the theoretical knowledge in practice. I am grateful to the entire team of HRD of Radisson Blu for their unprecedented support to make my working experience truly rewarding. On completion of this internship period, I acquired knowledge on the importance of human resource and the different roles enacted by the HR Manager, Training Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Supervisor, and an Associate in an organization.
