Project Description/Status

Project Scope funded at $4.5 for interior spatial re-configuration, new Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems, new windows,
reconfigured front entrance, roof replacement, new furniture, finishes & equipment. New $2.7M FY 18 funding will be spent on exterior
renovation including the modular interim library being planned to go on the grounds of JC Nalle during the exterior renovation phase.
Exterior Concept design is slated for CFA approval during the February meeting.

Project Description/Status:
Exterior Framing, sheathing and air barrier, and most of the roofing are complete. Brick masonry is complete. Stone masonry is ongoing.
Most of the glazing is installed except for the bays and the tower. Interior MEP rough in and all stair structure is complete. Drywall is
being hung on both sides on all floors. Building will be dried-in in January. Security infrastructure is now starting. Permanent power is
scheduled. Gas tie in is awaiting the utility permit. Water tie in is awaiting warmer weather for water shut down. Bioretention walls on
the exterior are now being completed. Elevator installation is starting in the next week. Millwork wall panels will be installed in March.

Project Description/Status:

Complete modernization of the downtown central library. Demolition is complete and hazardous materials abatement is ongoing. LEED kick off is
scheduled for mid January. Coordination with HPO on the removal/support of the existing brick exterior walls is ongoing. Glass samples for
exterior glazing is evaluated. Metal repairs at the north elevation are ongoing. The metal repairs have been completed in the Mock up area with a
projected time next week for the application of the finish coating. The architect is reviewing elevator shop drawings and submittals for other long

Project Completed. Major renovation project that included green roof, and upgrades to mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Project
includes new furniture, fixtures and equipment. The façade has been modified to introduce more natural light and the new open floor plan
enables an intuitive library services experience for patrons.

Project Description/Status:
Project is funded in FY2017 for a new LEED certified branch library. Design started in July 2017 with Perkins+ Will & Turner Construction. Two
community meetings held in July and September culminated in a successful concept design. The library is proposed to be all above ground
and is gearing up to go through the approval process of ANC, Zoning, and Commission of Fine Arts.
