Moving Forward
Shackle Scrubber Now Available
for Cantrell’s Wing Segmenter
With now more than 175 sold, the CWCS-8400 Wing Segmenter is one
of our best-selling machines, and has set a new industry standard for
wing segmenting.
Over that time, we’ve continued to look for ways to improve the Wing
Segmenter. Last year, we added stainless steel doors.
Now, we have a Shackle Scrubber available that keeps the Wing Segmenter
clean and running at peak efficiency.
The Shackle Scrubber can operate connected
to the Wing Segmenter and controlled
remotely through its control panel, or as a
standalone operation. It features push button
operation from start to finish with an automatic
soap, wash and rinse operation. It can clean
steel or plastic shackles.
For our customers, the automated operation
helps minimize sanitation time and labor. It has
a compact design and can be reconfigured
to meet each customer’s needs. It also can
be configured to wash multiple further

Cantrell Offers Rotary

standard 38-inch diameter size, but both are available in other sizes. Lengths

The Edible Product Transport System can have up to 10
pick-up points. The system is capable of transporting
breast shells, backs, skin, thighs, legs, necks, paws,
whole wings and wing parts.
For paw transport, Cantrell was one of the first to
successfully transport paws in an air conveying system.
The Paw Transportation System is cost-efficient to
operate, using a low horsepower power source and
needs little to no water to operate. The clean in place
(CIP) system controls can be incorporated into the main
system controller.
