How To Use the Snipping Tool what’s on your screen
1. Click the windows START button in the bottom left corner of your screen. 2. In the search frame type snip.
3. Choose Snipping Tool
4. The snipping tool box will pop up.
5. Click the NEW Button.
6. Your mouse will control a + on your
screen and your screen looks foggy. 7. Left click on your mouse. Hold the button down while you drag the + over the area you want to copy. 8. Release your click and the area you copied will show in the box . 9. By selecting the pen or highlighter on the Snipping Tool tool bar, you can use the small dot on your screen to circle or highlight the issue you want the HelpDesk to see. 9. Choose FILE, SEND TO EMAIL RECIEPENT Choose to insert your picture into email or save snip it to a Word Doc, attach to DHS- 6797 and send to HelpDesk. To make your email image smaller, click and drag one of the corner circles in.
