Matthew Boryczka
Vice President of Business Development
We are excited to announce Matthew Boryczka’s promotion to Vice President
of Business Development. In this new role, he will be leading a strategic
business diversification initiative in the wake of the sale of two business units
completed in 2016. Mr. Boryczka recently completed his M.Sc in synthetic
biological engineering at Colorado State University. While working towards his
degree, he was an integral member of the Content and Media Solutions’ Design
team, analyzing workflows for automation and mechanisms to increase efficiency. His background in data
analytics, primary research, and designing software solutions allowed for a large increase in profit margin
for the largest publishing contract. He looks to build upon this success at Apex in a new venture, exploring
emerging markets and new technologies to expand business operations and scope.

Laxman Pabbati
Assistant General Manager, ACI-H
We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Laxman Pabbati from
Operations Manager to Asst. General Manager (ACI-H) effective Jan 1, 2018.
As most of you know, Laxman has been associated with Apex for about 10
years now after he moved from ASP where he served for seven years. Over the
years, he has grown steadily working his way up the corporate ladder and has
exhibited a tremendous amount of patience and dedication. Laxman brings
with him a wealth of institutional knowledge that he has shored up through his keen desire to learn and

The cricket tournament was planned and well executed by Sajeev of our Technical Team and Gordon of
our Project Management Team. The throwball tournament was well executed by Brindha of our Project
Management Team and Devi of our Technical Team.

Both tournaments came to an end at about 6 pm on the same day. The winner and runner-up teams
were honored with trophies, individual mementos, and medals.

The tournament was a platform beyond just entertainment, as it helped bridge communication and
interaction between employees across the various functions of the organization and in turn build team
spirit among them.

Throwball Tournament
In the women’s throwball event, four teams participated: Twisters, Safara Dragons, Rainbow Angels
and Storm Chasers.

The first match was between Twisters and Safara Dragons and won by Twisters. In the second match,
Rainbow Angels beat Storm Chasers. The final match was a tough competition between Rainbow Angels and
Twisters with Rainbow Angels winning in the end.

Christmas in Chennai and Hyderabad
Christmas is a time of reflection and of good cheer during a special time of the year. Both ACI, Chennai
and Hyderabad had Christmas celebrations in their own way.

The Chennai facility had various events such as:

ACE Year End Celebrations
Ace Software Exports Ltd. celebrated the end of the year with several different events during the last week
of December. We kept different dress color codes for employees for each day of the week, played games, and
arranged other activities. Snacks were arranged on two days: Dalwada, Menduwada, Idli, Sambhar and Chuttany
with butter milk on December 26; and Chinese Bhel, Manchurian, Noodles and Cold drinks on the 29th.

Every employee of ACE Software Exports Ltd. participated and enjoyed the festivities.

November 2017. Please join us in congratulating the happy couple!

Hyderabad Team Building

Apex-Hyderabad office saw team-building events in December. Three teams of two members each carried a person
throughout the office floor on their hands, whilst the carried member managed to handle three balloons with two hands
without dropping them. This was a brilliant display of what team work, coordination, and communication can do, even
when it is fun.

1. If you had a warning label, what would it say?

I am too sensitive.

2. Favorite quotation of yours?

Stop doubting yourself, work hard, and make it happen.

3. What is your favorite part of your job?

Looking to our employees who are self-driven due to our unique PHR concept.

4. If you could have personally witnessed any event in history, what would you want to have seen?

I would have wanted to see what Netaji Subash Chandra Bose has really done as a freedom fighter.

5. What is your favorite season and why?

Rainy season. Just to get wet and feel cool.

6. When was the last time you visited a park and what did you do while there?

At least once in a month I visit a park and I try to spend most of the time with my family and rest creating
new friends there.

7. What is your favorite sport to watch?

WWE.

8. Were you named after anyone?

Yes. My birthday is Sunday and I am named after the sun. In Odia language the synonym of sun is “RABI
NARAYANA”.

9. What is your favorite breakfast?

South Indian breakfast.
