PROFFESSIONAL DETAILS
Animesh graduated from Amity Law School, Delhi and then joined India’s premier dispute resolu-
tion law-firm Karanjawala & Co. wherein he represented India's top corporate houses and high in-
come individuals in courts as well as in arbitrations. He commenced his independent practice at the
young age of 24 and represented the top insurance companies in complicated litigations before the
Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi and various Appellate Tribunals. He is advising and represent-
ing many corporates on Health and Tourism Law and recently headed the legal team on a major
medical tourism project. He holds keen interest in Outer Space Law and is frequently invited to lec-
ture and present papers on the subject. He is presently a partner at Accendo Law Partners where he
appears in courts and arbitrations, advises and makes agreements for corporate clients and also heads
the firms Kolkata practise. He has also previously trained at top-tier firms including Tuli & Co., in
association with the insurance law giant Kennedy’s.
