CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT TO SELL made and executed this __ day of ______, 20__ by and between:

REY LANGIT, of legal age, a widow, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at No.
3156 Bayswater Street, Metro Ville Subdivision, Paranaque City, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER;

-AND-

ANDREA LANGIT, CARINA LANGIT, and CARISSA LANGIT, all of legal age, single,
Filipino and with residence and postal address at No. 3156 Bayswater Street, Metro Ville Subdivision,
Paranaque City, hereinafter referred as the BUYERS.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of a house and lot, located at No.
3156 Bayswater Street, Metro Ville Subdivision, Paranaque City and covered by Transfer Certificate Title
No. 67890 issued by the Registry of Deeds of Paranaque City and the registered owner of a 2015 Jeep
Rubicon;

WHEREAS, the BUYERS has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above
mentioned property under the terms and conditions herein below set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the total sum of Four Million Pesos (Php
4,000,000.00) Philippine Currency, and of the covenants herein after set forth the subject of the following
terms and conditions:

1. The total consideration shall be Four Million (Php 4,000,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency,
payable as follows:
a. The amount of ONE MILLION PESOS (Php 1,000,000.00) PESOS, representing as
down payment payable by the BUYERS to the SELLER upon the signing of this
Contract to Sell;
b. The remaining balance in the amount of THREE MILLION (Php 3,000,000.00) PESOS,
shall be paid upon the transfer of the property to the BUYERS.
2. All the taxes, fees and costs related to the sale would be for the account of the SELLER.
3. All the documents that are related to the transfer of title shall be paid by the BUYERS.
