SUMMARY

There are three friends namely Farhan, Raju, and Rancho who take engineering at Imperial
College of Engineering. Rancho loves building or inventing machine so he pursue engineering.
Raju take engineering to change the lives of his family and to improve the financial problem of
his family, whereas Farhan take only engineering to fulfill his father’s wish but the true is he
wants to be a wildlife photographer. Rancho incurs the wrath of college’s dean. Virus the
professor got angry with Rancho because of his nonsense answer in the class. After the class,
there was a student who wants to pass his project to professor Virus but it was rejected. The
student namely Joy Lobo was got hurt because their professors don’t accept his project and
attempt suicide and he die. The three friends went to Virus’s house so that Rancho could
proposed his feelings to Pia, daughter of Virus then he urinate on the door inside the compound.
One day, Virus threatens Raju to be expelled in the college of engineering. Virus gives him a
choice, to be expelled or to betray his friends Rancho to be out in the college. But Raju unable to
have a choice and he decided to attempt a suicide. Virus promise to himself that he would make
the final exam as hard as possible so that Raju could not pass it and he will unable to graduate in
college. But Pia heard what the plan of her father is and she quickly tells it to Rancho. Rancho
and Farhan planned to steal the examination questionnaire on the office of Virus for Raju to pass
the examination. Suddenly, Virus knows that they steal the questionnaire and Virus give them an
expulsion. But the expulsion was postponed because Virus’s elder daughter Mona was delivering
her baby. At that time, there was a heavy rain that causes brownout. Mona loses her energy and
she can’t deliver well the baby and Pia instructed Rancho what to do. They gather all the
batteries and the power inverter invented by Rancho and a vacuum get the baby in the womb of
the mother. After the baby apparently born he revives it because the babies don’t even cry. And
Virus allows them to take and pass their final exam. Rancho was first and awarded by Virus’s
pen and after the graduation Rancho was missing. Farhan and Raju find Rancho in his last
address and they know the secret about Rancho’s life.

REFLECTION
“College life is that part of your life that you are going to relive on your memories till you
breathe”. It means that our college life compose of either memorable or embarrassing moments
or experiences. There are times that we had to strive hardly for us to achieve our goal in life. And
there are also times that we lose our hope because of the obstacle and hindrances came to our
lives. May we fall but the most important is to learn in our mistakes and remain strong in order to
fulfill our dreams. Take those mistakes as an inspiration to make us strive and focus on our
studies because it is a starting line for our future. Don’t be afraid to fail because those failures
you’ve encounter today will turn to success if you have determination to achieve your goals. In
pursuing our goals, most of us need a support and guidance of the parents to be successful. But
why there are parents who make decision to their children? I know that there are many reasons
behind why parents make decision for their children. Like Farhan’s family they make decision
for Farhan to be an engineer but Farhan want to be a photographer. It is just saying that if you
don’t like what you do you may not develop and there are big possibilities that you may fail. In
order for us to be successful we need determination, concentration, and the most important we
are happy in what we are doing. College life is not easy may we suffer at first but at the end
those sufferings will turn into happiness and achievement in life.
