Access and Utilization for the Fike Customer Portal

(previously known as Fike Forums)

The Fike Customer Portal is an area created to help our distributors and representatives remain informed
about upcoming events/products, and to provide a centralized area for downloadable versions of Fike
literature, sales tools, training materials and software. In order to access the documents and information
available through the Customer Portal, you will need to be registered. Here are the steps to register. Go to:

1. Initial Access

 Go to: www.fike.com  ‘Resources’  ‘Fike Customer Portal’ on the right hand side as described above.
 Click on ‘Register’ tab.
 Read the Forums Rules, and click box by “I have read, and agree to abide by the Forums rules” to
proceed.
 Create a Username and Password (Don’t forget to write it down so you can remember it after you are set
up).
 Complete the registration form information. You MUST enter the company name and location that you
work for.

Once registered, you will receive an email within 24 hours explaining how to complete the registration
process. If you register after working hours or on a weekend, you will not be notified until the following
business day.

Note: after signing up, you will not see the “technical literature” link for at least 24 hours.
 Please allow us sufficient time to grant you access to this area.
 When your registration and access are completed, you are ready to utilize the Fike Forums site.

2. Accessing Documents and Information

 When fully registered, go to the www.fike.com website, and at the top click on the ‘Resources’ Tab, and
then choose ‘Fike Customer Portal’.

 This will direct you to the Customer Portal site, where you will see the screen below:
 Log in with the User Name and password you used to register.

NOTE: Placing a check in the ‘Remember Me?’ box will allow you to be automatically logged in every time
you access the site from that computer. But don’t forget to write down your User Name and Password for
future use on new or different computers.

 Once you are logged in, based on your security settings, you will have access to various information
categories as illustrated in the example below:

A. Technical Literature – manuals, datasheets, installation instructions, CAD drawings, marketing bulletins,
technical bulletins, product updates, listings and approvals, design guides, specs, ordering literature, etc. -
for each Fike product
B. Technical Training – area to sign up for training classes
C. Forums – area for questions/discussions
D. Recertification Testing – area to recertify and update training certifications
E. Downloads – location of all software license generator, and Fike Pricing Toolboxes.
F. Video Library – training, informational and sales videos
G. Graphics Library – approved graphics and logos for use in PowerPoints and websites ONLY
H. My Company Information – area to review company information and submit any changes to your location,
phone, email or current personnel that are registered for Forums
I. Order Status – check the status of an order that has been submitted
J. Warranties and MRA’s – access warranty and MRA forms
K. Lead Times – standard lead times for all Fike products
L. Lot Number Inquiry – retrieves previous order information based on Lot Numbers supplied
M. Ordering Literature – a direct link to the on-line system where you can order Fike product literature and
have it delivered to your location.
N. Listing and Approvals – listings, approvals and certifications for Fike products
O. Lunch and Learn – ability to request a lunch and learn to find out more about Fike products
P. Corporate Apparel – area to order Fike promotional apparel
Q. Fike PhD – Fike fire panel help & diagnostics

 Additional information/tools that might be useful are located in the top toolbar.

A. UserCP (Control Panel) – set up your profile information, change/edit your password, send messages and
other functions.
B. Log Out – Where to log out of the customer portal area.

Contact Tech Support – area to contact individuals at Fike. Each link will direct you to specific individuals
within our business that you may need to contact.
