a. How did you hear about this opportunity at WSP India?

I heard about this opportunities through the Training and Placement cell of my college.

b. Why are you interested to work with WSP India?

I am driven to be the best at what I do and I want somewhere where I’ll have opportunities
to develop my skills, take on interesting projects and work with people I can really learn
from. Some of the most innovative thinkers in the industry work here at that’s a big reason
why I would love to build career here.

c. What motivated you to pursue your career in engineering domain with your current
specialization?
Electrical engineers are at the forefront of the future technologies and they provide the
unquantifiable benefit to society. Moreover this stream provide a lot of global opportunities.

d. What shall be your career motivation while working with us?

“The future depends on what you do today” and the self motivation is very important to
achieve anything in life, as life is ready to give you many challenges to face.

e. What are your aspirations five (05) years down the line?

My goal right now is to find a position at a company where I can grow and take on new
challenges over time. Ultimately, I’d like to assume more management responsibilities and
get involved in a project. But most importantly, I want to work for an organization where I
can build a career.

f. Please share something about your family, occupation and native with us.

I am grown up in a joint family. My father is a state government employee and my mother is

a house wife. I am having one younger brother who is preparing for his 12th class boards.
 g. Are you comfortable to work for the said location as per your applied position (Noida or
Bengaluru)? – Yes (Yes/No)

h. Do you have any plans to pursue higher studies? If yes, please specify your plans with
timelines.

Yes, I am planning to go for further studies. But not immediately. At first, I want to focus on
my career and then I will look for the higher education which will be more beneficial to my
line of work.
