BAIONI’S QUOTATION EVALUATION

I. Equipment
1. Request for an updated equipment quotation for diverter gate (two ways) and
Needle gate for crusher station and material handling.
2. For Lime handling station: XTG has the following changes: Pan feeder has feed rate
of 100tph to conveyor belt 41.BC.07; Pan feeder has feed rate of 50tph to jumbo
bag. Therefore, XTG requests a update quotation of 41/42.VF to be AV 65 and
41/42.VFG to be AVS 65.
3. Please provide a catalog package with all technical data for 41/42.VGF – AVS65
equipment as mentioned above. Please be reminded that this is an equipment for
feeding as well as sieving material. Therefore, the dimention of this equipment will
be larger than AV65. At the moment, other suppliers propose general dimension of:
650mm x 2500mm.

II. Electricity
1. XTG would like Baioni to provide the MCC cabinet system, field devices (suchs as
local control box, buttons and emergency stop), instruments, and motors for all
Baioni’s providing equipment.
2. For electric motors, XTG only received information about capacity of your
equipment. Please update the following information for electric motors:
- Rated Voltage
- Frequency 50 HZ
- Poles
- Insulation class F
- Protection class ≥ IP55
- Efficiency class ≥ IE3
- Start up.
3. XTG requests Baioni to provide a detailed list and information of all instruments
needed for Baioni’s equipment.
4. Please update all technical data, quantity , input type and output type for
instrument equipment, field devices, MCC, diagram interlock. Please be reminded
that your equipment system must be compatible with Bedeschi’s automation
system.
5. Please provide a full vendorlist for electrical equipment, instruments, motor, field
devices.
