Greetings!

I would like to gain skills and knowledge under the guidance of your profound
organization for the period of 1st June 2018 - 28th June 2018.

My previous experiences have been selectively varied from lawyers, research

organizations to law firms wherein I have been exposed to various nuances of the
legal profession. At Lex Vid Partners, Bhopal, I got acquainted with the functioning
of the courts and litigation process. The internship included visiting courts and
various tribunals and drafting RTIs and Legal Search Title Reports. My Internship at
Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, New Delhi revolved around working on
various research projects like Access to Information Programme and Living
Conditions and Human Rights of Inmates. My last internship at PSA Legal
Counsellor, New Delhi involved various research work and drafting of commercial
agreements. During this internship, I also made a research presentation on “SEP and
FRAND Policies: Interplay between Competition Law and Intellectual Property”.

My college years at National Law University Odisha have been filled with multifarious
learning. I have been active in participation at various moot court competitions as well
as research paper writing and attending conferences. I have publications in various
journals which includes a publication at prestigious WBNUJS Kolkata’s journal on
regulatory studies, titled, ‘Comparing Recent Social Protection Laws in India and
Indonesia’. Further, I have been actively working for 2 years with Centre for Child
Rights, National Law University Odisha on ICSR Project, which is characterized by
the extensive study of case laws and analysis of raw data collected through visits at
various Child Observation Homes and Children Courts in the State of Odisha. I have
also assisted in editing a report, “A Comparative Analysis of Performance
Appraisal Mechanisms and Schemes of Promotion in relation to the Judges of
Subordinate Judiciary in different States in India”, an initiative of National Law
University Odisha with Ministry of Law and Justice.

Further, my Law School life has been marked by the commencement of two
initiatives which has provided me various social and real-time experiences. One of my
initiatives is an NGO, Saksharta Sadvidya Educational and Social Society
registered under the MP Society Act of 1973, which works for the upliftment of
the marginalized sections of the society and promotes research and development in
areas of poverty, malnutrition, and education. Along with the NGO, I have started an
online reading and writing platform, Educoncours.com.

Working with your organization will provide me new profound knowledge and skills.
It will increase my caliber by providing me an opportunity to work on a real time basis
which is not possible within the confinements of a law school. Further, it will acquaint
me with the professionalism of the legal career. As part of your organization, I would
be punctual and hard working and prove to be the best of my abilities.
