Description: CAPS 2.0 is to store all Personnel and Contract information in a database and
present an easy to use web-based portal to retrieve/view data. Also, Re-define the processes to
ensure accurate and fast movement of data from initiation thru the approval stages, via the
necessary systems and departments at the corporate level.
Previous System: The previous system is a semi-automated process, which was designed
based on earlier manual process called PINK process. It is defined as semi-automated because it
captures the data in the form of electronic forms (PDF format files) and does not maintain any
database.
Goals & Objectives: The goal of CAPS 2.0 is to store all Personnel and Contract information
in a database and present an easy to use web-based portal to retrieve/view data. Also, Re-define
the processes to ensure accurate and fast movement of data from initiation thru the approval
stages, via the necessary systems and departments at the corporate level.
Responsibilities:
• Two-tier architecture implementation in C# coding framework.
• Display and customization of ASP .Net controls with connected architecture.
• Implementing front-end strict validations using Java Scripts and ASP/ASP.Net (validation
controls).
• Calling SQL Commands from ASP using ADO architecture.
• Involved in Analysis, Design, Development and testing phases of the Project
• Participated in Client Communication and Status Reporting.
• RAF CAPS 2.0: Workflow and Routing process is slightly different from CAPS2.0 and
here we have a form process which is used to handle Risk Assistance. And there is no
relation between there forms and CAPS 2.0 Forms. The only main difference in this is we
have conditional Routing process.
• Working on CAPS 2.0 Maintenance.

Description:
Workflow: The Pre-Hire process is a process which starts even before the employee joins the
organization. All the information which is required before the employee is joined is collected and
the workflow will be similar to other CAPS forms i.e. it goes through the same steps of a.
Initiation, b. Review and c. Approval. And on approved Pre-Hire forms all the CAPS2.0 Personnel
forms will be initiated.
Post Approval Actions: An approved PHC form is also referred to as a Master PHC form and
there are several subsequent actions that can be taken on the approved PHC form.
Post Approval Checklist (PAC) Update: PHC form includes a check list of items to be
tracked for the personnel being hired. To accommodate this, a Post Approval Checklist has been
incorporated into PHC form. After the PHC form is approved or archived by approval of a New
Personnel form, privileged users would be able to update the Checklist.

outfitters. We have build online reservation for this company. The purpose of this project is to
build a web based application where in all the companies paper work is handled, like online
reservation, preparing reports, search engine, Payment Transaction.
Responsibilities:
