1. MISIÓN DE LA EMPRESA
To provide the highest quality car toys at a competitive price as well to support our work and efforts on efficient
management oriented at all times to exceed the expectations of our customers.

2. VISIÓN DE LA EMPRESA
To become a leading car toy manufacturer. To grow through continual improvement and thought investment in
order to satisfy our target market with our high quality products. Client satisfaction and positive response is our
main aim.

3. JUSTIFICACIÓN
The reason why we selected the production of toy cars is to be able to achieve a proper interchangeability of
parts. We want to ensure the quality and precision of our products in order to achieve customer satisfaction
and to stay within specification limits. Safety is also one of the reasons why we must be very through with our
efforts as we will be having children playing with our products. Each part created has to go through a quality
and safety inspection in order to achieve our goals. This is useful to us because we will be learning how to
achieve good quality and how to manage resources properly.

4. PRESENTACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO

We have 3 different types of toy cars in production. For specification purposes, we are currently producing
construction-related toys. We are introducing a green concrete mixer truck, a small orange bulldozer-like truck
and so on. Each with its own design and color.

6. DESCRIPCIÓN DE MÁQUINAS Y HERRAMIENTAS

These are the machines and tolos that we will be working with throughout our production process
 Harrison Lathe: a machine for shaping wood, metal, or other material by means of a rotating drive
that turns the piece being worked on against changeable cutting tools.
 Azetha Lathe: Almost identical to the Harrison Lathe, just bigger. It can handle wider, bigger materials
with a better grip.
Both lathes are used for the makings of the wheels and for the mixer in the concrete mixer truck.
  Guillotine Type Saw: It is an electrical saw that can cut though materials such as wood. The material
is placed horizontally below the saw, it has an adjustable grip to make sure that the material does
not move while being cut.
 Table Saw: It is an electrical saw as well, the difference is that while the material is also cut with it
being in a horizontal position, it has to be placed beneath the saw. The material is moved through
the range of the saw in order to be cut.
Both saws can be used to cut big pieces of wood or to achieve a precise vertical cut of the materials at
hand.
 Radial Drill: a drilling machine with the drill spindle in a toolhead and saddle that are movable along
a projecting arm which itself can be rotated about a vertical column.
 Vertical Milling Machine: It is one of the types of knee and column milling machine. The spindle if
this machine is in vertical position. No arbor is required in this machine. The cutter tool has cylindrical
shape and the cutting edges are situated at the circumference of the cylindrical face.
 Universal Milling Machine: The universal milling machine is same as a horizontal milling machine
except there is an arrangement of swing up the table to 45 degree in either direction.
 Sander: a power tool used for smoothing a surface with sandpaper or other abrasive material.
This is used for the ending of our pieces before painting. This smoothens the surface in order to have a
better look and to keep a safe-to-play piece before the painting step.
