The property lies within the Southern side of Casablanca and to the Northwest from Morocco Mall. The plan where the restaurant is to be developed is situated on an
extension of the main Casablanca waterfront promenade at less than fifteen meters from the Atlantic ocean which makes the project prone to the effects of seawater.The
intention is to exploit the vast area of property nearby the Mall in order to engage walking, sight-seeing, viewability in addition to the leisure of all day dining.

The intention is to create a mixed use development that is synonymous with luxury and quality, a true mark of excellence for mixed use real
estate alike. Al Hamra Avenue is situated within the larger Master plan between Al Marjan Island & Al Jazira Al Hamra. It consists of 800
residential townhouses and 14 residential buildings that descend in height towards the boundary of private properties on the beac hside.

was involved in Concept Design of various facilities at the development in phase 2, Coordination with Landscape SubConsultants to ensure clients’ requests,
Interior/Materials concept themes & selection, Construction site inspection, Recycling tools and methodologies planning.
Concept Design
My first experience of work with civil and environmental engineers on the planning and conception of sustainability hap-
pened at Diamond Developers in Dubai Sustainable City, Dubai Land. This project held so many challenges, yet, it provid-
ed me with strong knowledge in sustainable development ranging from Social, Economic & Environmental considerations,
opportunities, design, building materials, demand/supply, activities and management of a self-sustained community.

objectives for consultants & subconsultants. It shall provide an amphitheatre for 700 people and a spacious atrium for exhibitions on sustainability.
