Peruvian Aji Sauce


Time - Serves 10

Ingredients How to make it

1/4 head of lettuce, torn into pieces (iceberg is fine, Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor
romaine is better) and process until smooth. It should come out bright

Dee's Tips: I have seen it made up and put into a

have used it as a chutney/sauce with a steak and it

was GREAT then too. Serve it with your fav
1 tsp garlic powder crisps/chip, Dorito, or use as a sauce in a Veg taco or
sandwich.. the ideas are only limited by ones
