Dome Tours International was established in 2002 to facilitate the journey of Hajj for
those who are seeking to complete the fifth pillar of Islam and enjoy a life changing
experience. Since then, it has built its reputation as a leading Hajj & Umrah service
provider by helping thousands realise their dreams of journeying to the House of Allah
(SWT).

A few years after offering a Hajj service, we began to facilitate travel for Umrah, leading
onto tours, holidays, honeymoons, flights, and hotels.

The company has grown from strength to strength and despite its expansion and
gradual growth, the principle of serving one's customer with sincerity and empathy
remains deeply embedded within the team.

From an office with 2 desks to an outlet in the heart of London, we operate as market
leaders in the field of Hajj, Umrah, Honeymoons and Tours to destinations worldwide.

This brochure provides an insight into Dome Tours, our trading brand TRAVIVA, and the
services we offer.

In 2008, after the opening of our current premises, we introduced a new brand for our
travel and tours department: TRAVIVA, derived from a combination of two words;
Travel and the Latin word Viva, which means Life.

We have ticketing authorisation with many airlines and can organise travel with over
150 Airlines.

We hold the following accreditations:

ATOL (Air Travel Organisers License)
ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents)

HAJJ

Dome Tours is licensed by the Ministry of Hajj

(Saudi Arabia). We specialise in organising non-
shifting packages providing 4* and 5* hotels in
Makkah and Madinah.

Our highly trained and experienced Hajj Team

comprising of guides, scholars, and logistics
personnel offer guidance and support at every step,
allowing pilgrims to focus on their Hajj. Our team
speak several languages between them including
English, Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, French, German and
Spanish.

We host pre-Hajj Seminars in London, Manchester,

Glasgow, and Dubai to ensure our pilgrims are well-
prepared and informed in every aspect of Hajj. This
is supplemented by daily seminars and reminders
during the trip. Our team also includes male and
female doctors who provide medical assistance to
our pilgrims.
UMRAH PLUS
Dome Tours organises tailor-made Umrah packages for individuals, families, and
groups throughout the year.

Our Umrah groups are accompanied by scholars and provide the ideal opportunity for
spiritual development. The trip also consists of tours and visits focusing on the Life of
the Prophet (pbuh) and general Islamic history.

We also organise “Umrah Plus” trips combining Umrah with visits to other major
cities, exploring their history and culture. In the past, we have arranged Umrah Plus
trips to Palestine, Jordan, Turkey, and Egypt.

All our trips are co-ordinated with local professional agents and tour organisers.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
We have a strong working relationship with several corporate clients and over many
years have used our expertise to organise high profile events such as charitable
dinners, concerts, seminars, conferences, and speaker's tours.

In 2007 we helped arrange a concert at Wembley Arena for Awakening Worldwide

Media which attracted more than 10,000 people. Dome Tours was responsible for
organising the flights, hotels, catering, and transportation for all the performers,
speakers, and guests.
AROUND THE WORLD
Dome Tours have organised challenge and adventure
trips for various clients.

Charities: We have organised trekking trips to the

Great Wall of China, to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in
Tanzania and to visit Masjid Al-Aqsa in Palestine. We
have worked closely with charities including Muslim
Hands, Human Appeal, and Muslim Charity on a
number of different projects.

Educational Institutes: We have planned trips and

tours to Umrah, Istanbul and Jordan for organisations
such as Ebrahim College in London, Maison du Savior
in Paris, France, and the iSyllabus Islamic Studies
project based in Scotland.

Secondary Schools: Since 2008, we have organised

Umrah trips for secondary school pupils including KD
Grammar School and the Manchester Islamic High
School for Girls.

Over the years we have received numerous awards and letters of
endorsement for the services we provide, including letters from
Sadiq Khan MP in 2008, Lord Adam Patel of Blackburn in 2012 and
the award of excellence in Hajj facilitation from the World Hajj
and Umrah Convention in 2012.

The most important feature of our packages is our team of dedicated, experienced, and

Please note that we travel to Makkah first
15 Guides from the UK and 6 from Saudi Arabia and then to Madinah after Hajj. This allows
pilgrims to rest in Madinah before returning

HAJJ VISA
We are licensed by the Hajj Ministry to organise Hajj and obtain Visas on your behalf
directly from the Consulate General of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in London.

AIRLINE AND DEPARTURE CITIES

We fly to the Hajj Terminal in Jeddah and Return from Madinah airport.
Our groups depart from London, Manchester, Edinburgh & Dubai.
Flight details will be available as soon as we receive confirmation from the airline. Please
note that flights are indirect.
Our guides fly with various groups, and our logistics team handle all airport formalities
upon arrival and on departures.

TRANSPORTATION IN SAUDI ARABIA

Travel in Saudi Arabia is arranged in air-conditioned coaches. This includes two round trips:

1.BEFORE & AFTER HAJJ: - A round trip from Jeddah Airport to Makkah, from Makkah to
Madinah after the completion of Hajj and then from the hotel in Madinah to Madinah airport
for the return journey to the UK.

2.DURING HAJJ: - A second round trip from the hotel in Makkah to Mina, from Mina to
Arafat and then to Muzdalifa where we spend the night. After sunrise, we depart for Mina
and remain there until the end of Hajj*. Arrangements for those who choose to stay in
Mina for only two days after Eid day for their journey back to Makkah will be made as well as
for those who decide to stay for the full three days.

*Please note there are no official arrangements made by the Saudi Authority for the trips to
Jamarat and Makkah during the stay in Mina. Pilgrims are expected to make their own
arrangements. Dome Tours will organise walking groups to facilitate this part of the Hajj.
Mina
Accommodation in Mina is in air-cooled tents in the
European pilgrim's sector. These tents are
approximately 40 minutes (walking distance) from the
Jamarat. Each pilgrim will have an individual sofa-bed,
blanket, and pillow.

During the days of Hajj, complimentary breakfast,

lunch, and dinner will be provided daily. Due to hygiene
issues all meals are prepared and delivered by an
external caterer; meals will be packed and served in
individual portions.

Tea, Coffee, cold drinks, and fruits are always available

in Mina at our camp.

Arafat
Here we are also accommodated in the European
pilgrims' zone.

Our tents are upgraded and air-cooled. Lunch, fruits,

and soft drinks will be served.

A roll up mattress will be provided to be used in Arafat

and Muzdalifa.

Muzdalifa

Please note there are no tents in Muzdalifa as the Hajj

authorities
have not established any here.

A light mattress will be provided in Arafat to be used in

Muzdalifa.
