for obtaining Pass-port – Certain instructions – Issued.

It is observed by the undersigned that the representations received
from the employees of Government Polytechnics seeking No Objection
Certificate to obtain passport to go abroad do not contain the required
information, viz., purpose for which they want to go abroad, name of the country
which they want to visit, whether there are Government dues pending recovery
from them, date of visit, etc., as a result of which the same is being called for
from the Principals to examine their requests resulting in consumption of much
time.
A Performa is, therefore, devised for the purpose and the same is
communicated herewith together with an Undertaking to be given by the applicant
and No allegations/No Dues Certificate to be furnished and signed by the
Principal.

The Principals are therefore, requested to insist on the employees

to apply for NOC to obtain passport in the prescribed Proforma only. The
Principals shall verify the particulars furnished in the Proforma and forward the
same to this office duly countersigned.
Receipt of this circular Memo., shall be acknowledged.
