Now, I know what I reported in 2014. A man by the name of Roland White pled guilty to scamming
consumers out of over $300,000 using various business names. Attorney Michael Bedard is directly
involved and pulled the identical scam on my friend. But during 2 NH water well board meetings, Staff at
NH DES are on audio engaging in the identical scam Roland White pled guilty to. With Michael Bedard.
They are on audio and I transcribed it.

I reported it in 2014. From that racket, they move on to another. They continued to extort my friend, and
they used official looking envelopes, and made direct threats to hurt my friend.

These emails....Steven Rand. I got responses. So, there's no reason why the FBI haven't followed up. At
least to ask me about them.

Only thing I hear back from the FBI is Steven Rand impersonating FBI threatening to murder me TWO
MONTHS AFTER MEETING WITH TROOPER MIKE MURPHY
