Taxes as stated in the law, it is our duty and obligation to pay our taxes regularly

4. MALL MANNING SCHEDULE WILL BE ASSIGN ONLY TO FULL TIME AGENT WITH SALES
5. ALWAYS FOLLOW RULES IN BOOTH MANNING REFER TO MANNING RULES AND POLICY.

COMMISSION:
6. COMMISSION RELEASE EVERY FRIDAY AT 5PM ONLY, ADVANCE COMMISSION WILL BE GIVEN RIGHT
AWAY AS LONG AS THE DEVELOPER RELEASE THE ADVANCE COMMISSION
7. FULL TIME AGENT WITH 3% COMMISSION MUST BE ACTIVELY PARTICIPATES IN SALES RALLY .JUMPSTART,
REGULAR MEETING, SEMINARS, SATURATONS,. If in case agent cannot attend in any activities because of
any unavoidable circumstances .please notify marketing prior on that particular event, no
notification A DEMERIT FROM YOUR PERFORMANCE.

PERFORMANCE

8. Agent must have minimum sale of 15 units for the whole year or an equivalent of 36Million Agent
who were inactive for 6 months and no sales will be de rated to 2%
Agent need to produce 18 M in order to rate her/him again to 3%
9. Agent must assist his /her client all throughout the process of the transactions like tripping closing
and until the turnover of the buyer’s house.
10. Agent fail to assist her /his client1% assistance fee will be deducted from his or her commission.
11. Agent caught making gossip or trying to demerit EG ONGTECO REALTY will be sanctioned to
investigationand 6 months suspension if found guilty .she or he will be terminated from the realty
12. EG ONGTECO REALTY identification card will be issued only to those who have completed their
requirements, (refer identification requirement )identification card will be used for
Saturation, mall manning, , site tripping , never use the card for illegal transactions.

13. Agent is not allowed to recruit EG ONGTECO REALTY agent for another networking or other business
activity .no transactions dealing inside office premises that is not related to our product.

14. Real estate listing like rentals, selling private houses and lot farms, and other real estate properties
listing must forwarded to our office for posting let your brokers notify about your transactions, a 1%
charge for brokers fee ,and a 50/50 sharing for selling agent and buyer agent
15. Agent always observes appropriate dress code and a close shoe in entering office premises,

16. Girls should put on makeup always no wearing of rugged t shirt in going at the office
 Therefore with the entire forgoing memo, I hereby sincerely agree and promise to abide by the rules
and regulations put forth by EG ONGTECO Realty and key homes realty
