CFC KFL Database User's Guide

The CFC KFL Database aims to help our Couple Coordinators monitor and gather information for all
CFC KFL activities from the Chapter level. This also aims to give complete and efficient reports and
can be use in evaluating the effectiveness of our KFL activities.

How to use:
1. Assign one person in a KFL Chapter who will monitor/update the database (encoder).
2. Supply the necessary data (Go to the third (orange) tab: KFL Chapter)
3. Data Input (Supply Data in every box in color Grey)
Essential Data
a. District
b. Chapter
c. Chapter Coordinator and Year started in KFL Service
d. Chapter Heartchamp Kuya and Year started in KFL Service
e. Chapter Heartchamp Ate and Year started in KFL Service
f. Complete Name of the Kid
g. Birthday (month/date/ year) example: 1/1/2005
For Data Validation, if the encoder will input data with the same birthday
A red color indicator will appear
It means the encoder must check if there is a double entry of data.

Select from the drop-down list when the YEAR it was conducted
