KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MERCEDES C. PANELO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with residence address at Pideg, Tubao, La
Union, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER/VENDOR;

- and -

CHRISTOPHER JAMES C. RIVERA, of legal age , Filipino citizen and with residential address at Pideg, Tubao, La
Union, hereinafter to as the BUYER/VENDEE;

W I T N E S S E T H:

That the SELLER/VENDOR is the lawful owner and in possession of the vehicle, more particularly
described below:

Plate No. : AEZ 451 File No. : 0136-00000110243

That the said motor vehicle is free from liens and encumbrances at present; and I will defend the
title and rights of the BUYER/VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind, or nature from third persons. For
and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00), Philippine
Currency. Receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the SELLER/VENDOR from to BUYER/VENDEE, the
SELLER/VENDOR do by these presents sell, transfer, cede, convey unto said BUYER/VENDEE and his
successor-in-interest, or his heirs.

That this Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle is “as is where is basis.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunder affixed my signature this 30th day of November, 2017 at Tubao, La
