Founded in 1846, W. Ludolph has develo-
ped to become a technology leader with
more than 100 employees today and the
company is still owned and run by the fa-
mily. We manufacture nautical (including
aeronautical) instruments, high-precision
aircraft parts as well as special-purpose
machines and special equipment.
W. Ludolph is an ultramodern company
certified based on DIN9001, authorised by
the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic
Agency (BSH) (Module D) to produce, re-
pair and check magnetic compasses and
a production and maintenance organisa-
tion approved by Luftfahrt-Bundesamt
(German Federal Aviation Authority). For
the production of aircraft parts, we have
the QSF-A approval certificate of Airbus
Operations GmbH and EADS. Certification
to DIN EN 9100 is in preparation and will
soon be completed..
