I am writing to inform you that I will be resigning from my Certified Nurse’s Aide position due
to personal reasons. My last day of employment will be February 26,2018 so please
consider this letter to be my official two weeks’ notice of resignation. I regret any
inconvenience this may cause, but the situation is unavoidable at this time.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time of employment here at North Memorial Hospital and will
my colleagues, as well as the residents. It has been a tremendous pleasure to serve them and a
learning experience I will never forget. I wish everyone well, and I thank you for your attention
to this matter.
