1.4 Methodologies:

Quantitative and Qualitative research methodologies will be used to gather

information, data and other relevant resources to support the proposed project. For the

quantitative methods, the correlation method will be applied. This will be in the form of

administered surveys that will gather the responses of the members of the local

community and other individuals and groups as primary resources. For the qualitative

methods, the proponent of the study will use the Historical Approach. This includes

conduct site visitations and occular inspection to examine the physical features of the

property where the Rehabilitation Center is to be built. This method will also bring up the

present state of the areas close to Grand Central Terminal and the social dynamics of the

cluster communities. In addition the Descriptive Approach will be used to provide the

details and specifications of the proposed Rehabilitation center.

Comparative Approach will be also applied to differentiate and to identify the

similarities among the existing rehabilitation centers at the CALABARZON Region-IV A

to create a drug facility that will guarantee a better service.
