HISTORY
For over 3 decades, Selkirk Signs has been providing clients with high quality, consistent, state of the
art signage at competitive prices, but the final product is only part of the story. Selkirk Signs has a long
history with multiple corporate clients who have chosen to partner with us, in part due to the quality of
our product, but also due to an industry leading commitment to customer service and Project
Management. We value open communication and strive to operate with integrity and transparency.
The Selkirk Signs team leverages many years of industry experience to manage our client’s projects
from initiation through closure.

Mid November, 2016 was when the mutually beneficial partnership between PR Petroleum Ltd and
Selkirk Signs commenced. The first project we worked on was located at 2014 Tranquille Road
Kamloops for the Esso rebrand. As Canco aggressively expands its footprint throughout western
Canada, Selkirk Signs has been able to provide competitive pricing, reliable warranty and consistent,
quality signage while upholding corporate branding specifications. Selkirk adds value by enlisting a
Project Manager, dedicated to the account, responsible for the success of all projects, and overall client
satisfaction.

This document will be updated to reflect any changes to the agreements and processes between PR
Petroleum Ltd. and Selkirk Signs.

AGREEMENTS
We currently do now have any contract or terms in place between PR Petroleum Ltd. and Selkirk Signs.
Projects are handled as individual quotes. To execute the quote, a 50% deposit is required.

Items to note on projects are as follows:

• 18-25% markup on outsourced service, including: Surveys, Freight, Installation and Service
Work
• Selkirk Signs offers a 1-year “bumper to bumper” warranty on all signage. Beyond the standard
warranty, LED modules and power supplies are warrantied for an additional 4 years, on product
only. Hyoco brand price signs include an additional 4-years warranty, parts only. Daktronics
brand price signs include an additional 1-year warranty, parts only. Vantage brand Electronic
Message Centers include an additional 6 years parts and labor warranty.

CLIENT SPECIFIC PROTOCOLS

• Corporate Branding specifications documentation does not exist. Keith Brandt built designs
from scratch. Keith can build brand guideline document if we require.
• Service Calls - When a retail or region calls Selkirk direct for site service, the PM or PC will set up
the service call with a sign agent, local to the site. The PM/PC will then contact PR Petroleum
Ltd. to request a PO# to use when invoicing the service. All service calls are invoiced to: PR
Petroleum Ltd. 1435 Highway 33 W Kelowna, B.C V1X 1Z8.
• Invoicing - Selkirk invoices all PR Petroleum Ltd. work direct to: PR Petroleum Ltd. 1435
Highway 33 W Kelowna, B.C V1X 1Z8 via email delivered to: sehgalpermjit@gmail.com.
Markup on installation, shipping and other outsourced service is listed transparently on a
separate line item on all invoices (Selkirk Service Charge, xx% on...).
• Sign permits are typically handled by Selkirk Signs using our third-party agent Five Star.
• Engineering is generally handled by Selkirk Signs using our preferred third-party Engineer.
• Scheduling – Installation scheduling is typically coordinated by the PM or PC at Selkirk Signs,
directly with the on-site super or GC. Smaller projects are shipped to the sign agent in advance,
while larger projects that include canopy signs are shipped direct to site, on a dedicated trailer,
to be unloaded by the sign agent at a specific time and date.
• Stock Orders are currently not produced.
