 Coordinating with forwarders based on the customers export order and loading plan.
 Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and
cargos including route plan/multi drop delivery pattern.
 Executing all the organization requirements from shipping and logistics in accordance with local and
international import/export regulations and INCOTERMS.
 Searching for new clients who would benefit from company products or services and maximizing
client potential in designated regions.
 Audit freight cost and documentation.
 Arranging approval for Import Permits prior to arrival of shipment in-order to
avoid the delay in clearing of the shipments and demurrage.
 Preparation of Documents such as import permit, control permit, duty
exemption and approval from Ministry and civil defense for Dangerous goods.
 Allocating shipping expenses to landed cost sheet for each shipment.
 Knowledge of HS codes.
 Forwarding of Documents to Clearing Agent for clearing the Goods and to
deliver to the warehouse, local customer stores and verifying shipping line/
forwarder invoice.
 Booking of Advance Shipment Notice in system.
 Submission of weekly Shipment report to management
 Procuring material from local market as per the requirement for export and local need.
 Knowledge of Customs portal such as BOE.
