Description  of  how  to  implement  in  the  class:  This  SWAY  should  allow  students  to  get  an  overview  
of  the  information  that  we  will  be  learning  throughout  the  unit.  These  are  vocabulary  words  with  
pictures  that  allow  the  students  to  connect  a  definition  with  an  image.  This  is  a  basic  sway,  but  was  an  
quick  and  easy  way  to  get  the  students  learning  the  vocabulary  and  helping  them  to  get  a  brief  
introduction  to  a  more  complex  unit.    
Level  of  Technology  Implementation  (LoTi):    This  is  more  of  a  teacher  driven  SWAY.  I  could  give  
the  students  the  words  and  have  the,  make  their  own  SWAY.  This  would  them  make  it  more  of  a  level  
4  or  higher  in  that  the  students  must  create  it  themselves.    
Description  of  the  sample  Sway  activity  used  with  your  students:  The  students  would  be  able  to  
access  this  SWAY  throughout  the  unit  for  a  refresher  on  what  these  words  mean.  They  can  use  it  to  
study,  or  even  show  to  their  parents  or  family  members  if  they  need  help  with  an  assignment,  or  if  
they  would  just  like  to  know  what  they  are  learning.      
Other  comments  about  using  productivity  tools  in  your  classroom:  I  think  that  a  SWAY  can  be  a  
good  way  to  get  students  involved  with  technology.  It  is  not  a  difficult  application  to  use,  so  this  
makes  it  easy  for  everyone.  I  see  it  more  as  a  student  use  rather  than  a  teacher.  The  only  reason  why  I  
would  want  to  use  it  is  if  I  have  to  have  a  substitute  teacher  at  the  last  second,  or  need  an  emergency  
presentation.
