Describe a typical day running the business.:


The day to day maintenance of the company is generally checking to see if there are any customers who have
written. There can be anywhere from 0-3 questions per day. Sometimes customers have ordered the wrong size
back brace. Occasionally a flashlight may not work. Most days require about one hour per day of maintenance.

How is revenue generated?:


Didakay sells physical goods on Amazon. We average a 31% ROI after cost of goods advertising Amazon fees etc.
- The expense in the rubric above reflect the total expenses including cost of goods at an average of 31% which
is a conservative figure as some months were better.

How do you generate visitors for your business?:


I have tried other forms of advertising but I get the most bang for my buck with Amazon Ads. It is super easy to
use and it keeps getting better and better. A lot of the advertising is trial and error. I have read a fair amount
about how to do ads but there doesn’t seem to be any sure-fire method. Of course each of my listings is keyword
rich and optimized in order to attract the most attention possible organically. I have also submitted each of my
listings to thousands of online indices in order to draw

Why are you selling?:


I am a pastor author and speaker. I love to teach. My reason for creating this business was to help provide for
my family during my transition between ministries and to move to a new state. Since moving to Colorado I have
been able to realize my goal of starting a church which now is taking most of my time and attention. The churhc
is able to help me support my family and therefore I have decided that the best use of my time would be to
focus on the church rather than the business.

No. There are no legal proceedings involving the Didakay company.

Please provide a brief history of the web property: date of inception, date purchased if applicable, changes and
improvements, problems encountered, etc.:
I launched the Didakay company in April of 2014. I launched our website approximately two months later. Our
website is to provide customer support to our clients. The majority of our sales are handled through
Amazon.com

Is the operation seasonal? Does traffic or revenue fluctuate at specific times of year? Please explain.:
My products tend to sell year round though there are spikes in the summer through Christmas. We have tried to
diversify enough so that we see fairly stable sales year round. Nevertheless we definitely see increased sales in
late spring through the end of the year. Our slowest times are from Feb-April.

Have there been any periods of poor performance? Please explain.:


Our slower times are from February to April. Otherwise our business has been improving every year.

How many employees / contractors? Will they continue to work for the company after the sale? Please explain.:
We do not have any employees.

What do you see as the growth potential for this business? What would you do if you were to keep the business?:
There is growth for this business but my pastoral duties limit my time for finding new products. New products
are the number one way to grow the business. If I were to keep the business I would simply continue to add
products to our store in order to provide more purchasing opportunities. My strategy has been to have a variety
of products so that we are not dependent on just one product for our success.

Are there any major industry concerns coming up in the foreseeable future such as increased competition,
changes in products or technology, regulation, increased costs, etc. that a new owner should know about?:
Amazon frequently changes their algorithms which could be better or worse for the business. There are also
people entering the Amazon market place with little to no experience. An experienced seller or someone with an
established company will likely have an advantage. Amazon's long term storage fees change frequently so it is
difficult to assess what they will do in the future.
