Garvan, Mary Byrnes, Ellon Led- with, Mery Bieke, Ebignbeth Magner and euch other persons as may be associnted with them in accordance with the by-laws of the coxporation axe constitutod a body politic and eoxporate by the name of The College of Our Lady of Meroy of Milford to bo lorated in tho town of Milford. Sno. 2. ‘The purpose of said corporation shall be to cstab- lish, organize, maintain and conduct an institution for the ed- ueation of children and women in the various dopartmonts of clementary, secondary and higher education, and to perform198 Savas Bux No. 274. such other works of education, charity and religion as may be determined by its bydaws. Sze. 8.
