Purpose of research/research questions:

1. To explore changes among students in school due to counseling
2. To investigate the effectiveness of school sounseling in helping to create
change among students
Interview question’s cluster:
1. Counselor’s demography (qualification, experience, affiliation status)
2. Counselor’s role/Scope of job in school setting (job spects as counselors,
aims, objectives, types of services)
3. Dimension of change among students in school due to counseling
(behavior, belief system, coping skills/level of emotional distress, disciplined
problems/truancy, personality traits/growth character, psycho-social, spiritual,
academic performance, decision making skills, B4L, etc.)
4. Effectiveness/ index of success through cunseling
5. Factors influencing success /failure of counseling sessions (client
variables,
counselor’s variable, environmental stimulus/support, cross-cultural aspect,
inappropriate approach)
6. Ways to promote a more effective service. (promotion, out-reach program
etc)
