Este Manual del Expositor contiene toda la información que
USTED necesita conocer para el mejor desarrollo de la exhibición
y las normas que USTED deberá seguir en los procesos de
montaje y desmontaje, introducción de materiales, atención a
visitantes, etc. Lo invitamos a leerla cuidadosamente y
compartirla con todas las personas involucradas en la exposición.

This Exhibitor´s Manual contains all the information required to
know the exhibition development as well as the rules you have to
follow in the set up and break down process, materials
introduction, visitor´s attention, andmore. We suggest to read it
carefully and share it with the staff involved in the show.

Recuerden que les deben entregar una papeleta con el tiempo para descargar en caso de
exceder este tiempo deberán pagar el tiempo extra directamente con CitiBanamex.
Remember to receive a ballot with the time you have to load your truck, in case you exceed
the time you should pay and overtime with the Venue.

¿QUE HACER EN CASO
DE EMERGENCIA?
what to do in an emergency?
Les damos una cordial bienvenida. Dando cumplimiento a la ley de protección civil y a
la ley para la celebración de espectáculos públicos nos permitimos informales los
siguientes lineamientos en caso de emergencia:
1. Nuestro evento se está realizando en las salas: “A-B-C-D” de exhibiciones de

Centro CitiBanamex.
2. En todo momento mantengamos la calma.
3. Por favor observemos en el plano general del evento y ubiquemos las
señalizaciones marcadas de RUTA DE EVACUACIÓN, SALIDAS DE EMERGENCIA Y
PUNTO DE REUNIÓN, estas se encuentran localizadas al fondo de las entradas
principales de cada sala y como referencia a un costado de las áreas de comida
rápida en caso necesario saldremos por esas puertas y cortinas de andenes y
nos reuniremos en los patios de andenes que se ubican atrás de las cortinas de
cada sala.

4. No utilizar elevador ni escaleras eléctricas.

5. No acercarse a los ventanales ni barandales.
6. No correr, no gritar ni empujarse.
7. Tener cerca en todo momento a los niños, personas discapacitadas o de la
tercera edad. 8. Escuchar las indicaciones del personal autorizado
