That’s it, the frequency for both balanced and unbalanced disk should be constant and
equal to 7.96 Hz.

Figure 7 The results for temperature, frequency and amplitude obtain in LabVIEW
We can see clearly from the results that the temperature of DC motor has slightly
increased after balancing the disk. Also, the amplitude for balanced disk is less than
for unbalanced disk. For the frequency, for both cases, it is constant.

Figure 9 This FFT measurement for unbalanced disk. We notice that the amplitude is large compared to balanced
while the frequency approximately equal to 8 Hz
Figure 10 This FFT measurement for balanced disk. We notice that the amplitude is small compared to unbalanced
while the frequency approximately equal to 8 Hz
We can see for FFT for balanced disk that there are some noise frequencies that
appear in FFT measurement due to measurement error and uncontrollable factors.
However, the frequency for balanced disk should be the same as for unbalanced disk
which approximately equal to 8 Hz.

Conclusion:
For this experiment, we compared the frequency and amplitude for balance and
unbalanced disk. We conclude that the amplitude for balanced disk is less than that for
unbalanced disk. For the frequency, for both cases, it is constant. For the temperature
has slightly increased after balancing the disk.
