HNA Capital Group Co., Ltd. is the financial services focused industry branch
of the HNA Group, a Global Fortune 500 company.

From leasing, insurance, online finance, securities, as well as other areas,

HNA Capital offers a comprehensive, integrated set of financial services,
crossing a broad range of sectors. Globally, we have more than 30 diverse
member companies, total assets amounting to over 300 billion CNY and a

Bohai Capital Holding Co., Ltd

HNA Capital’s leasing operations are managed by its fully owned subsidiary company Bohai Capital Holding Co., Ltd., which is listed on the
Shenzhen Stock Exchange (000415.SZ, one of the CSI 300 Index). It is the world’s third largest lessor of aircraft, and also one of the largest
container leasing companies in the world. The company operates based on the demands of the real economy, to provide consumers with
guaranteed quality financial services. As a global leader in transportation finance, it ensures highly efficient expansion opportunities for
customers and for the business itself, providing consumers with guaranteed quality financial services.

Its controlled companies include Tianjin Bohai Leasing, Wanjiang Financial Leasing, Hengqin International Leasing, Tianjin Aviation Finance
Service, Avolon, Seaco, Cronos and HKAC. These domestic and international subsidiary companies are licensed across and serve the whole
Chinese mainland domestic leasing market and beyond. It is a large scale holding company with its main focus in leasing and with further
interests in insurance, securities and E-finance, having invested and become the largest shareholder of Bohai Life, while also holding shares in
Lianxun Securities and JBH.

Tianjin Bohai Leasing Co. Ltd., is a wholly
owned subsidiary of Bohai Capital
Holding. It was incorporated in 2007 with
registered capital of 22.1 billion CNY, and
total assets of more than 210.2 billion CNY.
It is currently the largest Chinese
domestic leasing company.
Tianjin Aviation Financial Services Co., is a
subsidiary of Bohai Capital Holding registered
in the Tianjin Free Trade Area. It is the first
professional aircraft asset management
company in China.
Wanjiang Leasing is also a subsidiary of
Bohai Capital Holding. It was founded in
2011, Registered in Wuhu, Anhui province,
its gross assets exceed 366 billion CNY. In
2015 it was listed on the ‘New Third Board’
of the National Equities Exchange and
Quotations (stock code 834237), the first
financial leasing company to have done so.
Hengqin International Finance Leasing Co.
Ltd is a subsidiary of Bohai Capital Holding.
It is engaged in the financial leasing of large
equipment such as medical equipment,
new energy industry, ships and ocean
engineering structures.

Avolon Holdings Ltd. is a global leading aircraft leasing company,

headquartered in Dublin, with its Asia focused base in Hong
Kong. It is a leading aircraft leasing company with 14.41 billion
USD total assets, serving more than 80 customers from over 30
different countries. It recently acquired CIT’s aircraft leasing unit
in a landmark deal, and after this deal closes it has been the
third largest aircraft leasing company in the world, managing a
fleet of 910 aircraft, worth $43 billion USD.

Hong Kong International Aviation Leasing Co., Ltd (HKIAC)

was registered in 2007. Its main business interests are aircraft
leasing, equipment leasing and M&A. Its leasing operations
include financial leasing, operational leasing and after-sale
lease-back and it is now one of the leading aircraft leasing
companies in Hong Kong.

Seaco SRL

Seaco SRL is one of the world's largest container leasing companies, with more than 3.9 million CEU
containers (as of September 30th) and providing a full range of container leasing services to 750 clients
in more than 80 countries around the world. It has 245,864,602 USD registered capital and 3.26 billion
USD total assets.

It was first established in 1960, is headquartered in Singapore and its main customers include the
world's ten largest container shipping companies. In 2015 Seaco merged with Cronos, considerably
increasing its global reach.

TIP Trailer Services is the largest trailer rental company in Europe, providing customers with trailer leasing

It is essentially able to provide services to any area in the whole of Europe, and at the most competitive prices.

Bohai Life Insurance Co., Ltd. was founded in December, 2014. As the first life insurance company in the Tianjin
Free Trade Area, its registered capital is currently 13 billion CNY and its main focus is on life insurance, health
insurance, accidental injury insurance and other personal insurance related areas.

Exploring and establishing diverse patterns of business development in the complex financial environment of

Lianxun Securities Co., Ltd. was founded in June 1988, with a total share capital of 3.12 billon CNY. In 2014
it was the second securities broker to be listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations ‘New
Third Board’ (stock code 830899). The company is licensed across the whole spectrum of the securities
industry, and it provides integrated investment and financing services to small and medium sized
businesses and investors.

Bohai International Trust

Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd. was founded in December 1983 in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province with a
registered capital of 3.6 billion CNY. It is currently the only non-bank financial institution in Hebei which offers
trust services. Originally named the Hebei Province International Trust Investment Corporation, in 2006 it was
restructured and became a member company of HNA Capital. Bohai Trust’s main projects include
infrastructure investment trusts, bank and trust co-operative financing projects, equity investment trusts, real
estate investment trusts and security investment trusts, with particular industrial advantages in the securities
market and asset-backed securitisation.

Yingkou Coastal Bank

Yingkou Coastal Bank Co., Ltd. was established and invested in by the HNA Group and a group of 10 other investing
parties with registered capital of 1.5 billion CNY on 21st December 2010. It is registered in the Bayuquan District of
Yingkou City, in the Liaoning government approved Yingkou City Financial Innovation Experimental Zone. Yingkou
Coastal Bank employs nearly 500 people, with 16 branches and a network covering the entirety of Yingkou, with
numbers increasing year by year. By most operating indicators, Yingkou Coastal Bank out performs most of its
competitors. All the regulatory indicators are in line with the standards set down by the government, and there has
been rapid growth over the last five consecutive years.

Jubao Internet Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was registered in May 2014 in Qianhai, Shenzhen, with a registered
capital of 3 billion CNY. As HNA Capital’s subsidiary internet finance platform, it officially went online in July 2014. In
November 2016, JBH successfully held an A-round of financing amounting to 200 million USD.

Its number of registered users exceeds 12 million and the total scale of transactions has surpassed 40 billion CNY.
The speed of its growth puts it at the forefront of the industry, winning the favour of millions of high net worth
investors.

HNA Capital Investment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is dedicated to helping internal and external customers of the HNA
Group with mergers and reorganizations, equity transfer, IPO advisory services, private placements, fund
establishment, structured design of internet financial products and other kinds of capital operations and
financial advisory services.

It is deeply involved in the international development strategy of the HNA Group, with rich experience in
overseas mergers and acquisitions. To this end, it has guided a number of major overseas M&A projects,
including ALLCO aircraft leasing, SEACO container leasing, NH Hotel Group and the 1180 New York office
buildings. It has shown a particularly high level of investor insight in the fields of new e-finance technology and

Hainan Town Free Insurance Agency

Yangtze River Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. was approved for registration and founding in November 2003 by the Beijing City
Administration of Industry and Commerce and is one of only two domestic insurance brokers which is specialized in aviation
insurance. Yangtze River Insurance Brokers serves hundreds of clients both in China and abroad. Always striving to fully meeting
the needs of every customer, it is dedicated to providing a high-quality risk consulting management, insurance and re-insurance
brokering service.
Hainan Town Free Insurance Agency Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 and was one of the first professional insurance
intermediary organizations to receive the approval of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission. It endeavours to provide
customers with top quality services in underwriting, settlement of claims and loss prevention, as well as to establish smooth
and reliable client service channels in the areas of property and life insurance, among others.

Tianjin Bohai Financial Guarantee

China United SME Guarantee

Tianjin Bohai Financial Guarantee Co., Ltd. was formally established on February 10, 2010 in Tianjin, with a registered capital of
250 million CNY. With its two shareholders as HNA Capital and the Tianjin SME Credit Guarantee Fund Management Centre, it
was the first Tianjin-based guarantee agency qualified to conduct the business of reguarantees. The major services it offers
include loans, bankers’ acceptance notes, trade financing guarantees, project financing guarantees, credit guarantees and
reguarantees, and it has been approved for many other both financial and non-financial guarantee services.

China United SME Guarantee Co., Ltd. is a pilot project of the Chinese State Council, using foreign capital to set up a guarantee
corporation. Its innovative business model means it can effectively offer credit services for financial products and provide risk
sharing services for small and medium size financial institutions.

Student Safety Insurance Donation Project
As of August 2014, HNA Capital and its member companies have donated
nearly 10 million CNY to be used for student safety insurance in schools for
migrant children, to improve campus safety and provide the protection
necessary for a normal learning environment and decent living standards.

The Beijing HNA Welfare Forest

In 2013, HNA Capital launched the “Spring Breeze
Green Movement” – the Beijing HNA Charity
Forest Crowdfunding Project. HNA Capital and
the Beijing Shunyi District government jointly
develop a piece of land for planting trees, and
Beijing HNA employees raises funds to buy seeds
and planted them a new ‘welfare forest,’ making

Sinosafe Student Loan Insurance Program

In 2006 Sinosafe insurance designed and developed the world's first national student loan credit
insurance, or credit insurance for short. This was the first time insurance had been brought into
the national student loan management system, as such bringing security to countless families.
Working with the government and attracting praise from the likes of the United Nations, the
scheme has been a roaring success. As an important integral part of the national student loan
system, Sinosafe applies professional risk management analysis through the whole process,
reducing the risk of late payment of loans, and greatly increasing the scope of opportunities
available to China’s needy.

of the HNA Group, since the 7.1 magnitude
Yushu Earthquake in Qinghai, 4th June 2010,
