CALL TO ORDER:
The regular open meeting was called to order by President Caroline Briggs at 5:00 pm in
Conference Room A. The roll was called by Vice President of Administration Olivia Beutel.

President
● Had Panhel EC conference this Saturday, will go over the infraction process sometime in
March and recruitment guidelines and work on making the recruitment process easier for
PNMs
Executive Vice President
● Working on judicial board training, finding a date to work with the all members
● Jr Panhel is working to set a date for Crimson Carnival
VP of Administration
● Finished the budget for this year last week!
● Sending out panhel meeting minutes to the presidents from now on so that members
who could not make meeting can stay up to date
VP of Public Relations
● Finished the March newsletter, appreciate all the delegates help!
● Coordinating March 21st event, Letter to a Professor, in Rosenthal Commons, open to
entire campus and write letters of appreciation to professors and staff, more details later
● Working on creating Greek life website, make it easier for new students to gain
 information
VP of Recruitment Education
● Rho Gamma apps are due tonight at 11:59!
VP of Recruitment Management
● Met with Diane Fout to work on reserving recruitment spaces, email recruitment chairs
by tonight about getting the information out
