ACTION PLAN

I will endorse it to the PNP and PDEA that they should let their comrades to use rubber bullets
instead of deadly weapons or electric gun to avoid the killings against the drugs syndicates and
users.

ACTION TAKEN

When PNP and PDEA applies my idea, killings or extra Judicial Killings is no longer exist during
their operations. Everyone is safe but suspects feel quite painful but far from being killed.

2. Property Law – It is the area of the law that governs the various forms of ownership and
tenancy in real property.

Sudden Unintended Acceleration ( SUA )

ACTION PLAN

The company should conduct more and more test in every unit of their cars to make sure the
safety of the users. The DTI should be stricter regarding with that issue.
 ACTION TAKEN

After being investigated and being advised about the issue of their product, the company is
seems to be followed order from the government and now they provide a machine that could
run a test thoroughly. To make sure the safety of their customers.

3. Restoration – the goal is to repair through state authority, any injury inflicted upon by the

Victim by the offender.

Housing loan

ACTION PLAN

Distribute to the people

depending on their minimum salary or shall we say sell it into a lesser amount of monthly
payment so every employed personnel can afford to apply a housing loan.

ACTION TAKEN

When they start to offer the housing loan into lesser amount, lot of employed and business
personnel has given a chance to own a comfortable home to stay with their families. And
squatters and room rented personnel has been decreasing.

4. Criminal law–it prescribes conduct perceived as threatening , harmful or other wise

endangering to the property , health safety and moral welfare of people .

I will send a letter of request to the president that he/she should provide a checkpoints in
every corner of the corner of the country, to make sure the safety of every individuals and
making it surely that the terrorist can no longer invade us.

ACTION TAKEN

Tighten the checkpoints is the number 1 solution in order to be safer and far from being
invaded by the terrorist. And when the action plan was applied, terrorist are now behaving and
no more threats receiving from them.

Government should assigned a personnel to be entrusted to organized a group to conduct an

orientation in every barangays, so that people can be aware of all rights as a human so nobody
can abuse them and used them.

ACTION TAKEN

Because of the idea that comes into our mind, uneducated people are now ready to defend
their self against the abuser because they all know their rights as a human being and
orientation helps a lot.

6. Equity – Fairness on justice in the way people are treated.

Bilibid Prison Being Raid

ACTION PLAN

Prisoners should treated equally and that is where the BJMP will take a focused on. And the
government should provide a trusted officers and it should be rotational assignment in order
to avoid exceptions of the prisoners from their rules, regulations and by the law.

ACTION TAKEN

Regarding with the plan, prisoners now are no longer treated unequal and they inspected
weekly to make sure that contraband can be confiscated immediately. Additional of manpower
so that the security could be tightened up.

Government officials and appointees should be audited every year to make sure that corrupt
officials will not make any anomalies regarding with the people’s money.

ACTION TAKEN

Corruption is now threatened us, o as a citizen we must not take it for granted with that issue.
The action plan that we suggest is now working and so far so good corruption becomes lesser
for now.

Coastguard defense mechanism should be more defensive. Government should provide more
defense mechanism to our navy and coastguard to protect our territory.

ACTION TAKEN

When the government bought and additional fighting machine to prove that we are not scared
to them, the enemies is now staying calm and started to retreat against us.

I will ask permission to the Deped, Ched and Universities to conduct a yearly orientation related
to contraceptives in order in order to avoid pregnancy and illnesses.

ACTION TAKEN

Orientation and distribution of contraceptives into minors helps a lot to avoid HIV and early
pregnancy. And also we encouraged them to use contraceptives and told them to not take that
for granted.

10. Retribution – Criminals ought to be punished in some way.

Death Penalty

ACTION PLAN

Protest against death penalty . And conduct a survey or make a petition letter to be signed by
millions of citizens that death penalty cannot be implemented here in country.

ACTION TAKEN

The plan runs successfully and death penalty is being disapproved by committee, means
death penalty cannot be implemented in this administration.

1. What are the things to do in order to achieve your goals and objectives as a students?

Answer: Things to do in order to achieve my goals and objectives as a student is that

first I want to study hard, gain more knowledge and searching for ideas about laws,
rules , regulations government and etc., for me to be prepared enough to defend our
rights and our sides and make friends, organized group or create a group or organization
to fight against those destroyer of our nation. And with that we can
Deliver our thought our resentment because of being treated unfair by the law with the
use of money. So with that idea of mine I hope it will help me a lot on pursuing my
goals and objectives as a student to keep the unity of our nation to become more
progressive and to become of the most peaceful country in the world and I will use my
voice to be heard by everyone.
