The Technical Proceedings for the 15th ASEP International Convention (AIC)
address the following theme: “To improve the quality of life, the challenge to
structural engineers is to design and build safer structures in an environment of
increasing hazards and risks using sophisticated and smarter technologies and
approaches that promote sustainable and greener solutions”. There are six keynote
papers. The papers for the technical sessions are grouped into subtopics as Safer
Concrete Structures, Smarter Techniques, Greener and Safer Environment, Safer and
Sustainable Infrastructures and Smarter Technologies. Technical papers for the 1st
ASEP Software and Computing Technologies Exposition (A.SCTEX) are
included in this proceedings under Smarter Computing. May this document served as
a reference.
