My name is Efren Ricardo Paz Jimenez, I am 41 years old, I live in Cali city with my wife and
my 5 year old daughter. I work in a communications company called CLARO, I am in the
process of approval of the career of electronic engineering at CEAD of Palmira, I have high
expectations for this course and eager to get better.
I like to dance, ride a bicycle, go to the movie and I don't like english language too much.

After checking the virtual course, answer the following questions:

1. What kind of information can you find in the News Forum?

In the news forum can found important information related with the activities of the course, as
exam dates and special events, webconference, extended dates, etc. Besides Inside the
virtual room it can find development instruction and manuals of some tasks or procedures.

2. What is the purpose of the Agenda in the course?

The purpose of the course agenda is that the student have in mind the starting and closing
date of every activity, this for fulfillment to stipulated times of the different activities and that
way achieving the objective to obtain optimal results, the score of every activity and the
feedback.

3. How many OVAs are there in the course and how can you take advantage of them?
In the topic 3 there are two ovas about the use of simple past and present tense, I consider
that we can take advantage listening and analyzing each of the examples, also making the
activities that finds in each one of them.

4. How can you develop the interaction in the English course?

I consider as first choice the use of the forum and another alternative as suggestion is Skype
to communicate with other people.

5. Are the practices of the Units graded and what benefits they offer?
The practices help to enlarge vocabulary, the pronunciation, grammar, the reading and
writing.

 Is English important in your life? Why?

Yes, because in my work field there are a lot of technical information manuals and reference
books. I work in the telecommunications business where the most of equipment or products
used come in english language and make it necessary to setup the equipment for operation.
Also for social aspect is necessary domain a second language as english that has become
very important in our society.
Also in family becomes necessary because I have a five year old daughter who is studying in
a bilingual school and has been easy for her to assimilate it, that's why I have to achieve an
english level that allows me to help her in school activities.
